It was an emotional moment for 26 year old Elvira Victoria as she stepped into her brand new, fully furnished apartment. The non-profit Holliday's Helping Hands made this all happen. Victoria's life has been marred by homelessness, crime, and drugs, but she was able to turn things around with the help of HHH. Now the mother of two she is dedicating her life to helping others by earning a certificate to drug counseling.
